These Terms govern your use of the Instalaundry website and mobile app, operated by Regiocode Technologies (Proprietorship, GSTIN 36AHWPY5723H1ZI), 405, Block 2, SARK Heights One, Masjid Banda Main Road, Kondapur, Hyderabad, Rangareddy District, Telangana – 500084, India. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Instalaundry provides laundry pickup, cleaning and delivery services, including wash and fold, wash and iron, steam ironing and dry cleaning, in our service areas in Hyderabad.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the details you provide.
3. Orders and pickup
- Please be available at the chosen pickup slot. If our partner cannot reach you, the pickup may be rescheduled or cancelled.
- Please check pockets and remove valuables, cash and documents before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for items left in garments.
- Tell us at pickup about stains, damage or special care needs.
- For per-kg services, the weight measured at pickup is final and is shown in the app.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the app before you confirm an order and include applicable GST. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We may change prices from time to time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Delivery
Standard delivery is within 24–48 hours of pickup. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, holidays or the type of garment.
6. Garment care and limits of liability
- We follow care labels and take reasonable care with every garment.
- We are not responsible for shrinkage, colour bleeding or damage caused by garment defects, weak fabric, missing or incorrect care labels, or pre-existing damage.
- Some stains may not come out completely. We will try our best but cannot guarantee removal.
- If an item is lost or damaged due to our fault, our liability is limited as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Unclaimed items
If we cannot deliver your order after repeated attempts and you do not contact us within 30 days, we may donate or dispose of the items after notifying you.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to misuse the app, provide false information, or send items that are hazardous, illegal or heavily soiled with bodily fluids or chemicals.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
