This page explains how users of the Instalaundry app, developed by Regiocode Technologies, can request deletion of their account and associated data.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the Instalaundry app and log in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Option 2: Request by email
Email hhyderabadproducts@gmail.com from your registered email, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We may verify your identity with an OTP before deleting.
What gets deleted
- Your name, mobile number, email address and saved addresses.
- Your app profile, preferences and notification tokens.
- Your order history linked to your identity.
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices and payment and transaction records are kept for up to 8 years, as required by GST and income tax laws.
- Records of an open order, refund or dispute are kept until it is resolved.
Timeline
Your account is deactivated immediately after the request is confirmed, and your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Any pending orders should be completed or cancelled before deletion.
